Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a professional, self-motivated, and energetic Customer Service Marketing Manager to work with our existing customers and act as a primary contact between our customers and our customer service representative team. The CSM/Marketing Manager candidate must possess strong leadership skills and be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service/Marketing Manager is a customer centered and productivity centered role, responsible for providing leadership and support to the team while partnering with other departments to provide quality customer service. Successful candidates must have previous experience in strategic planning, customer service, sales and marketing and leadership. The Customer Service Marketing Manager will also be responsible for overseeing customer inbound calls and handling escalated customer care concerns; and developing an outbound sales strategy with upper management and overseeing/supporting sales teams to meet those goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales/Customer Service Representatives to ensure daily goals/sales are being met and customers are receiving highest quality customer care.
  • Communicate sales and company goals with team members to deliver high level of customer service.
  • Coach and develop direct reports to acquire and refine necessary job skills through constructive feedback, ongoing training, and other coaching techniques. Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one training to evaluate performance and sales.
  • Review operational reports on a regular basis and develop and implement action plans to address ways of improvement.
  • Hold regular team meetings to discuss customer care and sales goals, lead a team of up to 10 CSRs.
  • Provide regular feedback and reviews to upper management.
  • Create strategic plans, organize and oversee outbound quality control/upsell/sales campaigns.
  • Experience with retail dialer, and high volume outbound and inbound calls.
  • Manage customer concerns and questions.
  • Responsible for strategizing and implementing marketing projects.
  • Work with upper management in the hiring process for Sales/CSR Representatives
  • Manage and keep team accountable for target goals and responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related major or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2 years management experience focused on customer service and/or sales
  • More than 2 years’ experience in a call center environment
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience.
  • Prior management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
